These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of funnelflow.financial and the Affluent Nurse Advisor Network™ (the "Services"), operated by Frank C Blazik Industries LLC, doing business as FunnelFlow ("FunnelFlow," "we," "us"). By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who our Services are for

Our Services are for licensed financial advisors and other financial professionals. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using them for business purposes.

The Services

We provide marketing and lead generation services, including survey-qualified nurse leads, appointment setting, lead follow-up by our team, and related tools and support. Specific program details, pricing and deliverables are described on our website, at checkout, or in your onboarding materials.

Fees, billing and cancellation

You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Trial and ongoing program terms, including when leads are invoiced and how billing works, are described on our website and at checkout.
Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing.

No guarantee of results

Results described on our website are illustrative only. Actual results vary based on many factors, including your sales process, market conditions and follow-up. We do not guarantee any specific number of appointments, sales, placements or revenue.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including securities, insurance and financial-services rules, and laws on calls, texts and email (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when you contact leads.
You agree to use leads only to offer your own financial services, and not to resell or share them.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account and login details secure.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, FunnelFlow (Frank C Blazik Industries LLC) may send you text messages about the Affluent Nurse Advisor Network, including messages about our services, appointments, your trial and your account. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Calls and AI-assisted calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we and our service providers may call you about our services, including calls that use AI-generated or prerecorded voices and automated technology. Calls may be recorded where allowed by law. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time.

Intellectual property

Our website, content, branding and materials belong to FunnelFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FunnelFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
